Dr. Ronda N. Lykens
Chiropractor
Dr. Nicki Lykens graduated in 1999 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She then worked at a chiropractic office in DuBois, Pennsylvania for 2 years before making Winchester her home in 2001.
Her passion is to teach people how to overcome health obstacles by doing two simple things: by removing the stressors or toxins that weaken the body and by supplying the body with what it is lacking for vitality. Through chiropractic Dr. Nicki assists the body’s natural healing ability by restoring proper spinal nerve communication between the brain and body. This approach to health expression vs. sickness treatment is what drew her to become a chiropractor. She is committed to promoting family wellness through consistent chiropractic care and better lifestyle habits.

Amy Hope-Gentry
Holistic Practitioner
Amy is a holistic wellness practitioner offering Reiki, AromaTouch, and Ayurvedic consultations to support patients in achieving optimal health. She specializes in energy balancing, stress relief, and personalized Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance to enhance the body’s natural healing processes.
Amy’s work aligns seamlessly with chiropractic care, as both focus on restoring balance and optimizing the body’s innate ability to heal. While chiropractic adjustments enhance nerve function and structural alignment, Reiki and AromaTouch work on the subtle energy systems, helping to release tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Ayurveda complements this by addressing diet, lifestyle, and daily habits that may contribute to imbalance, providing a holistic approach to long-term well-being.
