Dr. Nicki Lykens
Dr. Nicki Lykens graduated in 1999 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She then worked at a chiropractic office in DuBois, Pennsylvania for 2 years before making Winchester her home in 2001.
Her passion is to teach people how to overcome health obstacles by doing two simple things: by removing the stressors or toxins that weaken the body and by supplying the body with what it is lacking for vitality. Through chiropractic Dr. Nicki assists the body’s natural healing ability by restoring proper spinal nerve communication between the brain and body. This approach to health expression vs. sickness treatment is what drew her to become a chiropractor. She is committed to promoting family wellness through consistent chiropractic care and better lifestyle habits.

Sophie is a certified Shiatsu Practitioner and received her education at the School of Zen Shiatsu in Chicago where she studied a unique blend of Eastern and Western modalities. She believes that we all have the innate wisdom and capacity to find health and happiness in this life. And humbly acknowledges that each person’s path is complex, nuanced, and constantly evolving. She’s dedicated to meet each person where they are, with compassion and nonjudgment, and help them reconnect to their own wellspring of health.
As a person, she is open-hearted, curious, and loves a spontaneous adventure as much as she loves curling up on the couch with coffee and a novel. In addition to being a Shiatsu Therapist, she’s an artist, a sister, a traveler, and a seeker of the sacred within the mundane.
